This letter to the Editorial Board of «Predella» adds another chapter to the discussion on Art History handobooks, which was launched by Stefano Renzoni himself on issue no. 31 of «Predella», and followed by the contributions offered by Chiara Balbarini, Irene Buonazia and Alessandro Brogi («Predella», no. 32 and 33). More generallly it concerns the way in which Art History is taught in Italian schools. Since this debate is extremely vital and important, “Predella” invites further replies in the oncoming issues.
