The article is a review of the exhibition dedicated to Hieronimus Cock (1518-1570), a major Flemish Renaissance engraver and leader of a very active workshop, which was held in Leuven, M-Museum (March 14 – June 9, 2013) and in Paris, Institut Néerlandais (September 18 – December 15, 2013). The exhibition catalogue represents a valuable and long-lasting monograph on a protagonist of Cinquecento art in Europe.
